On Tuesday, November 17, Sunday, November 22, 2020, and Thursday, November 26, Facebook removed posts I made on behalf of the Frontline Covid19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC). (I am the co-coordinator of the FLCCC’s Communications and Education team—though I am writing this essay as a private individual.)

The posts that were removed contained urgent, potentially lifesaving information about a protocol developed by the FLCCC that was both a prophylaxis and an early at-home treatment therapeutic. …

But I Will.

So here’s the thing. I am the (pro-bono) co-coordinator of the Communications and Education Team for the Frontline Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) FLCCC.net. I have served in this role since March, 2020 alongside Betsy Ashton, former CBS News Correspondent, writer and artist.

But this essay is not something I am writing on behalf of the FLCCC Alliance. Not at all. I’m writing it as a private individual because I know about something that I am using to possibly save my life, and the lives of all those I love. And I want you to know about it too. Keeping it from you seems totally mean-spirited and wrong on every level. And I just won’t do that. Not when your life is at stake. …

You call yourself the President, but you are little more than the Failure-in-Chief. You failed in your office by every measure imaginable — including your willful murder of over 220,000 Americans. You held their lives in your murderous hands and decided that instead of saving them, you would let them die and tell lie after lie after lie in order to protect your own power.

You shameless monster.

Just so you know, you and your cowardly, cowering kiss-ass minions refused to even look at the lifesaving MATH+ protocol that was brought to the White House on at least four separate occasions by the emissaries dispatched on behalf of the the brilliant, highly published Critical Care physicians of the Frontline Covid19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) — the architects of MATH+. (Covid19CriticalCare.com). Since February of 2020, these physicians have been pleading with members of your administration — including your Chief of Staff Mark Meadows who now says you cannot control the pandemic — to talk to them about this protocol that has achieved a mortality rate of between 5% and 8% among the patients who received it. Among patients not receiving MATH+ or its components, mortality rates vary between 15% and 75%. …

I am troubled not one whit if anyone thinks for a moment that the facts presented here are contrived, exaggerated, fashioned out of thin air or otherwise twisted and spun silly just to make a point. They are not. And if, after reviewing these facts, some elect to refute, discredit or deny them, that will not alter the evidence that these are FACTS. And the sooner we recognize in these facts the abysmal, systemic failure to prioritize human life over the preservation of policies that, if left unaltered, place human lives in harm’s way, the greater will be our ability to save those who are unknowingly hurdling towards their own demise. I could be one of them. …

The other day, I was speaking to my 95-year-old father on the phone. We were discussing the upcoming election, so I asked my father a question about his immigrant parents that I had never before posed to him.

“Were Grandma and Grandpa Republicans or Democrats?”

I thought I knew the answer, but I really wanted to be certain.

My father’s parents, Sarah and Abram Kamenetzky, were married in May of 1915, and settled into Grandpa’s home in Kobrin, a shtetl (small Jewish village) in eastern Poland, near the border with Russia. There, Grandpa worked in his family’s livestock business. I recall my grandfather telling us in his always thick and often hard to understand Yiddish accent how they never knew from day to day if they were still living in Poland, or if, overnight, the borders had changed again, making them residents of Russia. “It was not easy in the shtetl, or in Poland for Jews. We had a dream to come to America,” he always said. …

It’s truth-telling time. And I’m going to tell it all — right here; right now — leaving nothing out.

First, the real headline of this letter to you is one I really did not want to write. But I must because this is a dispatch based on truth-telling — even if it bares repugnant hideousness. So here it is:

You are, in large part, responsible for thousands upon thousands of deaths from COVID19 in America.

Indeed, that is the loathsome truth no one wanted to say — or hear. But true it is.

Now, here’s why you are partly to blame. …

The other day, I was speaking with my father about my work on the Communications and Education team for the Frontline COVID19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC). (My dad, Jack Kamen, is a 95-year-old retired Anesthesiology/Critical Care professor and Chief of Intensive Care who spent his career at St. Mary Mercy Medical Center in northwest Indiana and at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago.) During our conversation at his home, where he still lives independently, I was telling Dad about how months ago, the FLCCC doctors developed an effective hospital treatment protocol called “MATH+” for critically ill COVID19 patients. (MATH+ is Methylprednisolone, Ascorbic Acid, Thiamine, Heparin, plus several additional co-interventions.) I told Dad that in March, the FLCCC doctors urgently reported to health authorities that the protocol was saving lives — if given to patients when they first experience shortness of breath from COVID19. At the time, most hospitals were reporting that their COVID19 mortality rates were anywhere from 30%-75% — with some even higher. …

If someone you loved — a family member, a friend, a colleague, a classmate, or someone you admired — died from complications of Covid19, then what I am about to tell you will (rightly) make you angry.

It is quite possible that your “someone” did not have to die.

Truth. Here’s WHAT you need to know. But WHY you need to know this is just as important.

Before Covid19 landed upon American shores and began to spread rapidly throughout the country — a small group of highly published, leading Critical Care physician-scholars began collaborating about the treatment protocols that should be given to patients entering the hyper-inflammatory phase of the disease. (The phase that kills.) …

As Co-coordinator of Communications (with Betsy Ashton) for the Frontline Covid19 Critical Care Working Group (FLCCC), I am sharing this essay from the entire team‚ including our Critical Care physicians. Together, we are hoping you will take a few minutes to learn why the team believes that its MATH+ Hospital Treatment Protocol for Covid19 will likely save countless lives throughout the world.

Months ago, early on in COVID19, the FLCCC created the MATH+ protocol based on our physicians’ insights into COVID19 as a steroid-responsive disease. This treatment recommendation went against all the major national and international health care societies that had misinterpreted the medical literature, a body of published evidence which, upon careful and deep review, actually supported the use of corticosteroids in prior pandemics. …

A good friend of mine sent me a link to a Washington Post article the other day. The headline — “I have never felt so helpless: Front-line workers confront loss” — immediately caused me to become infuriated. I mean, full-on enraged to the point of wanting to scream until I could shout no more.

Though I knew the article would only fuel my already boiling anger, I read it anyway. Sure enough, there was the reporting I had expected. It was the truth. All of it.

“100,000 dead in a matter of weeks.”

“We weren’t prepared.”

“There was a lack of support.” …
